All our appraisers are Certified which is the highest Residential License. Each report is reviewed by a Supervisor (Review Appraiser) who is also Certified, so your report contains not only one appraisal opinion it is supported by the review appraiser. A Review appraiser looks at the conclusions, and approach making sure that you receive the quality report you need.
An appraisal is a process which will analyze market data, including both historic, and current comparables sales, on market listings, and market conditions.
Appraisers use sources from a wide variety. Including Public County and Cities, Local Real Estate Multiple Listing Services, interviewing brokers, and Private Data Vendors.
