Judith O’Donnell
Judith O’Donnell formed O’Donnell Appraisal Group in 1997 and is licensed in both Massachusaetts and Florida. Judith has an extensive appraisal background with 23 years of experience. She prides herself on extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate appraisal, and consulting. She consistently integrates technology into corporate structure in order to streamline clients’ appraisal needs.
Staff Appraisers
Staff of appraisers include only certified real estate appraisers.
All credentials, E&O insurance, and licenses are carefully screened and checked, work samples are also reviewed and verified for USPAP compliance. Any additional lender requirements are signed as a condtion of contract employment.
